Underfloor Heating
Study and installation of underfloor heating systems for uniform warmth throughout the house.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION.
Underfloor heating turns your entire home floor into a massive radiator that emits uniform heat from bottom to top. It is the healthiest heating system, as it causes no air drafts and does not recirculate dust, while offering the ultimate 'warm foot' feeling. At HydroExpert, we use the wet construction system (with pipes inside the screed) or dry construction systems for renovations with limited height. Underfloor heating operates with low-temperature water (35-45°C), making it the ideal partner for heat pumps and solar assistance, offering the highest possible economy.
Studded Plate System
Installation of special insulating studded plates for stable pipe support and thermal insulation.
Distribution Manifolds
Use of stainless steel manifolds with flow meters for precise temperature balancing in every room.
Room Autonomy
Installation of thermostats in every room for independent temperature control (Zoning).
Renovation Systems
Low-profile solutions (dry construction) for placement over existing floors.
Layering Study
Precise calculation of pipe spacing depending on the thermal losses of each area.
Thermal Screed
Supervision and addition of special plasticizers to the screed for optimal thermal conductivity.
Pressure Testing
Prolonged leak tests under pressure before and during tiling.
COMMON QUESTIONS.
Can I put wooden flooring with underfloor heating?
Yes, as long as the wood is suitable for underfloor heating (usually engineered or pre-finished) and is installed with the appropriate adhesive.
Does it take long to heat the house?
Underfloor heating has thermal inertia. it takes some hours to reach the desired temperature, but then maintains it for a very long time with minimal energy.
Is underfloor heating healthy?
It is the healthiest choice for people with allergies, as it does not dry the air and does not create dust-carrying drafts.
