2. Technical Services
Services are provided by licensed technicians. Website requests are invitations to treat. Final pricing is finalized only after on-site inspection.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide access and accurate network info. False info absolves the company of liability for delays or misestimations.
4. Liability & Warranty
We provide warranties based on work type. Liability is limited to specific repair costs and excludes indirect damages unless caused by gross negligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content is protected under Intellectual Property Law (2121/1993). Copying or reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Jurisdiction
Greek Law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes is granted to the Courts of Athens.
