COMMON QUESTIONS.
How often should service be done?
Service is necessary every 2 years. It includes changing the magnesium anode (which protects against corrosion) and checking the fluids.
Why do I not have hot water while it's sunny?
It could be due to a lack of antifreeze fluid in the closed circuit or a large concentration of scale preventing heat transfer.
What is a triple-energy solar heater?
It is the solar heater that can heat water in three ways: sun, electricity, and connection to the central heating boiler.
